The hotel was conveniently placed near the metro-station. the location was good for finding food late at night. beyond that, the location wasn't very welcoming.

The staff were money-minded, unresponsive and unwelcoming.

The room was dirty and infested with rats. the bathroom was disgusting, and the bedsheets were unclean.

We loved that this hotel was located near a metro station, making transportation very easy during our stay. The hotel facilities were great, especially the fact that we could order food until midnight. One of the staff members during the morning shift was extremely accommodating and helpful when we had issues with our Wi-Fi. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which was a huge plus.

The day manager was understanding and loyal, giving helpful metro advice. The morning shift staff sorted out our Wi-Fi instantly and were accommodating. Polite night staff.
